In the Firouzkoh flood on 29 July 2022, 9 people were killed & 16 people are missing.
The delay in delivering first aid in Firouzkoh after the flood has led to such a disaster, and the officials have just attributed the delay to road heavy traffic!

The Swedish judicial court announced that Hamid Nouri, the former assistant prosecutor of Gohardasht prison, accused in mass executions in the summer of 1988 in Iran, has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Life imprisonment in Swedish judicial laws is equivalent to 25 years in prison.
