INTERNET SHUTDOWN IN IRAN REACHES DAY 40

According to reports, the nationwide internet shutdown in Iran has now entered its fortieth consecutive day. After 936 hours, connectivity to the global network has dropped to just one percent of normal levels. Reports indicate this digital blackout has now entered its sixth straight week, leaving much of the population cut off from the outside world, vital information, and the ability to make their voices heard.

With public access to the global internet effectively gone, only parts of the domestic network and some local services remain available. Observers say this situation further enables censorship, narrative control, and the concealment of the full scale of repression and war.
