Khaled Pirzadeh was on his forty-fifth day of hunger strike, today.

He went on a hunger strike after not being allowed a leave on parole, which he is eligible for.

Yesterday, Mr Pirzadeh's general condition was so bad that he was sent to the medical centre of the prison.
