Blocked main Illam road by village in Darreh-Shahr county

Residents of Zarangoush village in Darreh Shahr County, Ilam Province, blocked the main Darreh Shahr–Ilam road in protest over several days of drinking water outage.

According to local sources, the villagers have been struggling without access to clean water, despite repeated appeals to authorities. In response to the prolonged disruption and lack of official action, they resorted to blocking the main road as a form of civil disobedience to draw attention to their plight.
