For the sixth time, Mohammad Hossein Sepehri's temporary detention has been extended by Ali Soleymani Marshak (the investigator of Branch 903).

Fatemeh Sepehri's medical leave was also denied.

Asghar Sepehri stated:

"My brother was arrested at Qaem Hospital in Mashhad while he was accompanying my sister for her heart surgery. Despite the completion of interrogations, they continue to detain him.

My brother suffers from high blood pressure and arthritis in his back, and neck.

After my sister's (Fatemeh Sepehri) heart surgery, she was transferred back to prison on October 7th, and her request for medical leave was denied. She's experiencing severe pain in both hands.

Our family tried to arrange medical leave for her during Ramadan, but Mashhad prosecutor, Mohammad Hossein Doroudi, opposed it."
