FREEDOM FIGHTER EMAD MAVEDDATIPOUR WAS ALSO KILLED BY THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC DURING THE TEHRAN PROTESTS

Based on information received, Emad Maveddatipour, a 30-year-old citizen and an English and German language instructor, was shot dead by direct gunfire from Islamic Republic repressive forces on the evening of Friday, 9th, in the Tehranpars neighborhood of Tehran during the national uprising.

The late Emad Maveddatipour had left home despite his mother’s warning not to go out. It is reported that government agents fired a shot at close range into his side.

After being hit by the bullet, Emad managed to reach one of the nearby houses, but he died due to severe bleeding. The residents of the house used his mobile phone to call the last number he had contacted and informed his uncle. The family then went to the location by car and transferred his body.

It is said that Emad Maveddatipour had completed his immigration procedures and was on the verge of leaving Iran.
