36yo Iranian Monarchist prisoner Sasan Niknafs, the father of two daughters, was died in Great Tehran Penitentiary due to lack of medical care. Sasan was suffering from diabetes, fatty liver disease, gastritis, high blood pressure, and mental health disorders due to tortures.
He was sentenced to 8 years in prison at Islamic Revolutionary Court for charges of “assembly and collusion against national security,” “propaganda against the Islamic Republic”, and insulting the founder and the supreme leader of the IRI”
