Based on received information, Mohammad Yahyaei, a 19-year-old resident of Ghasemabad in Mashhad, was arrested at his family home around 9 a.m. on February 7th, 2026, by IRGC Intelligence agents and was subsequently transferred to Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.
According to the information received, Mohammad Yahyaei suffers from epilepsy and requires continuous medical care. However, since his arrest, he has only had one brief phone call with his family, during which he said that his case is “serious,” without providing further details.
His family is in a state of deep concern. Both of his parents suffer from physical health problems and are undergoing treatment, and the lack of information about their son has placed additional emotional strain on them.
Reports indicate that Mohammad Yahyaei has been denied access to a lawyer, and his family has not been given any information about the charges against him, the judicial process, or his current health condition.
