Protest by fishing and commercial boat from Bushehr

A group of fishing and commercial boat owners (lenj-darān) from Bushehr gathered in front of the provincial governor’s office to protest their dire economic conditions and the restrictions imposed on teh-lenji (small-scale coastal trade) and fishing activities.

Their demonstration highlighted the growing frustration among local maritime workers, who say their livelihoods are being crushed under tightening regulations and a lack of government support.
