Hossein Koushki Nejad was sentenced to imprisonment and exile.

Reza Koushki Nejad, a steadfast Air Defense Forces sergeant in the army and a pro-monarchist political prisoner on medical leave, disclosed the issuance of a one-year disciplinary imprisonment, a two-year exile, and a prohibition from residing in Tehran and neighboring provinces for his brother, Hossein Koushki Nejad.

The charge against Hossein is stated as 'propaganda against the regime.
