Majid Adineh, one of the protesters detained during the nationwide uprising of January 2026, was executed on Sunday, August 23, 2026.
He was arrested on the evening of January 8, 2026, in the Mohammadshahr area of Karaj by IRGC Intelligence forces of Alborz Province.
The regime judiciary charged him with “operational actions” on behalf of Israel and the United States, “enmity against God” (Moharebeh), “assembly and collusion against internal security,” and “propaganda against the regime,” and sentenced him to death.
