THE REVOLUTIONARY COURT IN IZEH IS SEEKING TO CONFISCATE THE HOME OF THE FAMILY OF THE LATE ARTIN RAHMANI

Foad Choubin, the uncle of slain protester Artin Rahmani, has announced that the Revolutionary Court in Izeh has begun proceedings to confiscate the home of his mother and his brother's properties that had previously been submitted as bail for his release.
Reports indicate that after his nephew was killed by agents of the Islamic Republic on April 11, 2023, he was arrested and transferred to prison. After nearly six months in detention, he was released from Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz on October 22, 2023, after bail was posted.
According to him, the pressure continued even after his release, eventually forcing him to leave Iran. Now, the process of confiscating his family’s property is reportedly underway.
So far, no further legal details about this action have been made public.
