BABAK SADEGHI MOHSENI WAS KILLED BY LIVE AMMUNITION DURING THE NATIONAL UPRISING IN TEHRAN

According to reports, Babak Sadeghi Mohseni, born in 1994, was killed on Friday evening, January 9th, during the national uprising in Tehran after being directly hit by live ammunition fired by Islamic Republic forces.

His body was buried on Wednesday, January 14th, with only a small number of close relatives present. Babak lived in Hamedan, and photos on his Instagram show his love for nature, hiking, and camping.

One of those close to him said:

“Babak was very kind. On trips, he always looked out for everyone and took care of people so much that newcomers thought he was the tour leader.”
