Mahan Tsadar has been sentenced to ten years of exile in Kalibar prison

The Media Center of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran has announced that Mahan Sadrat has been sentenced to ten years in exile at Kalibar Prison in East Azerbaijan on the charge of 'blasphemy' as one of the detainees of the Iran National Uprising. Additionally, he has been sentenced to six years in prison on charges of 'conspiracy' and 'anti-system propaganda.'

Earlier, Mahan Sadrat's retrial request was accepted by the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic, and his case was referred to the same jurisdiction for further review.



Mahan Sadrat, was arrested on October 12th last year by the security forces of the Islamic Republic, He was initially sentenced to death by the 26th, branch of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran on November 3rd, of the same year on charges of combat through carrying cold weapons,' 'conspiracy,' and 'collusion with the intent to commit a crime against national security.
