A group of Social Security retirees in Shush held a protest march and gathered in front of the Social Security Organization building to once again voice their opposition to poor living conditions and officials’ neglect.
The protesters chanted slogans such as “Neither the parliament nor the government cares about us,” “Enough with the oppression and injustice, our tables are empty,” and “We will not rest until we get our rights,” demanding immediate action on their accumulated grievances.
The retirees say they have been hearing promises for years, yet no practical steps have been taken to improve their living conditions, and that continuing in this situation is “unbearable.”
Retirees of the Isfahan Steel industry once again held demonstrations and marched through the city to protest the continued neglect of their livelihood and financial demands.
In videos published from the gathering, the protesters can be heard chanting:
“Our enemy is right here; they lie when they say it’s America.”
“Enough with the oppression! Our tables are empty!”
Expressing their deep anger and dissatisfaction with the current economic situation.
The retirees say they have been hearing the same repeated promises for years, yet no effective action has been taken to improve their living conditions, and that continuing under such circumstances is “no longer bearable.”
The funeral ceremony of the late Khosrow Alikordi was held.
Khosrow Alikordi, an attorney, former political prisoner, and human-rights advocate from Sabzevar who lived in Mashhad, passed away suddenly from cardiac arrest at his workplace. However, alongside the announcement of his death, serious ambiguities have emerged regarding the circumstances surrounding it.
During the funeral ceremony of the late Khosrow Alikordi, lawyer and former political prisoner, those in attendance chanted: “Long live Iran, long live the Shah.”
Javad Alikordi, the brother of the late Khosrow Alikordi, during the burial ceremony of this attorney and former political prisoner, described him as a courageous individual who defended the youth of Iran in the courts of the Islamic Republic during the National Uprising, and who also stood by grieving and justice-seeking mothers.

With chants and shouts of protest, the demonstrators voiced their anger over their livelihood situation and their meager pensions. One outraged retiree shouted among the crowd:
"Our pension is negligible, and the cost of living is crushing! We will not stop until we take back our rights!"
A group of livestock farmers in Isfahan once again held a protest rally over the lack of animal feed and the deteriorating conditions of the livestock industry.
In this gathering, the protesters chanted slogans such as “Livestock farmers have been destroyed!” to express their frustration with officials’ neglect and the livelihood crisis in this sector
