REZA MAHMOUDI PARSIAN HAS BEEN SUMMONED ONCE AGAIN TO THE GONBAD KAVUS REVOLUTIONARY COURT

Reza Mahmoudi Parsian, a journalist from Farsian in Azadshahr, has once again been summoned by the Revolutionary Court of Gonbad-e Kavus. He is scheduled to appear before the court.

Mr. Mahmoudi has previously been arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic and, in another case before the same court, was sentenced to one year in prison, six months of a media activity ban, and two years of prohibition from membership in political parties or groups. He is currently free on bail.
