ARREST OF YAZDAN KHAZAEL, BROTHER OF THE LATE ERFAN KHAZAEI

Yazdan Khazaei, brother of the late Erfan Khazaei, was arrested after attending the Revolutionary Court in Shahriar to follow up on the case involving a security forces’ raid on his family.

Mr. Yazdan had previously been summoned and interrogated multiple times. During the recent raid on Ehsan Khazaei’s home, located above Erfan’s parents’ house, Mr. Ehsan and his wife were detained and released after a few days. At the same time, Mr. Yazdan and his mother were also targeted and beaten by intelligence agents alongside Mr. Ehsan.
