Himan Mahmoudi, a kolbar (cross-border labor) from Kanirash village in Salas-e Babajani County, was critically injured on Tuesday, July 13th, when he was targeted by gunfire from the Islamic Republic forces in the border regions of Nowsud. Due to the severity of his injuries, he has been transferred to Tehran's Farabi Hospital for medical treatment.
