According to reports received, death sentences for detainees of the January national uprising are being issued and carried out at an alarming pace, with dozens now facing imminent execution.

At least 19 people, including Bita Hemmati, Mohammadreza Majidi, Erfan Amiri, Ehsan Hosseinipour, Matin Mohammadi, Masih Abbas Khani Davanloo, Babak Kharbo, and Mohammad Abbasi, have been sentenced to death by Revolutionary Courts, with their verdicts upheld by the Supreme Court.

Informed sources warn that, given the recent wave of daily executions, these individuals and others whose names have not been made public could be executed at any moment.

At the same time, reports point to ongoing arrests and escalating security pressure. So far, no transparent information has been released about the legal proceedings or the evidence behind these charges.
