A video dated January 9 has been shared reporting the declaration of martial law in Karaj and showing Islamic Republic forces marching through the streets, firing into the air, and shooting at civilians, even those standing by their windows.
The person who recorded the video said, “They were walking through the streets, shooting, and even firing at people who were standing by their windows.”
