New case opened for Zartosht Ahmadi Ragheb

Political prisoner Zartosht Ahmadi Ragheb, currently held in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, was informed of a new case opened against him during an interrogation session held via video conference in Branch 13 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office, District 1 of Karaj.

According to a source close to his family, neither Ahmadi Ragheb nor his lawyer had received any official notice regarding this new case prior to the session. The charges are reportedly based on his protests and hunger strikes carried out while in prison.
