A group of women from Sistan and Baluchestan gathered in front of the Chabahar governor’s office after their homes in the Komb area were demolished by military forces and Housing Foundation officials.
These women, many with their children now displaced in the streets, say they’ve been left with no shelter and no answers. One of them said, “No institution takes responsibility. They just keep sending us from one office to another.”
More than 300 armed forces reportedly destroyed dozens of homes without any court order. Witnesses say residents were beaten, prevented from removing their belongings, and left with nothing. A week later, no local authority has offered support or even acknowledged responsibility.
