Protest by residents from Robat Karim

Hundreds of defrauded residents from Robat Karim gathered in front of the Tehran Provincial Judiciary to protest an unresolved large-scale fraud case.

Many of the protesters, from low-income and working-class backgrounds, said they had paid billions of tomans to a man named Ali Najafi in hopes of securing a home, but ended up with nothing. To this day, they say, no authority has given them any answers.
