Regarding his sister Fatemeh Sepehri, Ali Sepehri wrote that the court sentenced her to seven years for “supporting Israel,” seven years for “assembly and collusion,” three years for “insulting Khamenei,” and one year and six months for “propaganda against the regime.”
Reports indicate that Fatemeh Sepehri suffers from heart disease, diabetes, and physical disabilities and underwent open-heart surgery. Despite this, she was returned to prison without medical leave.
