Reza Mohammadhosseini, a monarchist political prisoner held in Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, has been acquitted of all charges in a case opened against him during his incarceration.

According to available information, Branch 13 of the Karaj Prosecutor’s Office issued a ruling, formally closing the case by ordering a halt to prosecution. Under this ruling, Mr. Mohammadhosseini was cleared of charges including ‘spreading false information’ and ‘propaganda against the regime.’
The case had been opened while he was already in prison, following a complaint filed against him. However, the court determined that the evidence presented was insufficient to substantiate the charges and ruled in his favor.
