Based on received information, five protest detainees in the case related to the fire at a Basij base on Damavand Street in Tehran have been transferred from the general ward of Qezel Hesar Prison to an undisclosed location, raising serious concerns about the imminent execution of their death sentences.
According to information from their families, Mohammadamin Biglari, Shahin Vahedparast Kalvar, Abolfazl Salehi Siavashani, Amirhossein Hatami, and Ali Fahim are among those whose cases have been referred for implementation of the sentences.
The case was reviewed in Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Abolghasem Salavati, and death sentences were issued for these prisoners on February 7th, 2026.
While other executions have reportedly been carried out in recent days, reports and videos suggest that these individuals are accused of actions in which they had no direct role and were merely present at the scene of the incident.
