"Seventeen Trillion Tomans have gone missing within Tehran's Municipality. Ahmad Sadeghi, a member of Tehran City Council, cited the budget commission and auditors' report of the municipality, stating:
'Seventeen trillion tomans remain unaccounted for, without clarity regarding where this money has been directed.'
