SHAYAN ASADOLLAHI WAS KILLED BY GOVERNMENT FORCES DURING PROTESTS IN AZNA

Protester Shayan Asadollahi, a 28-year-old resident of Azna, was killed on Thursday night, January 1st, after being shot by security forces of the Islamic Republic during the popular uprising in the city.

According to a relative of the slain protester, several IRGC Hilux military vehicles attacked Shayan and a group of other demonstrators as they were returning from a protest gathering. Security forces opened fire on them with live ammunition. Evidence indicates that a live bullet struck Shayan Asadollahi in the abdomen, causing his death.
