SIX BAHA'I WOMEN IN HAMEDAN SUMMONED TO SERVE PRISON SENTENCES

The Enforcement Branch of the Hamedan Revolutionary Court has summoned six Bahá’í women from this city to serve their prison terms: Neda Mohebbi, Atefeh Zahedi, Farideh Ayubi, Noura Ayubi, Zarrindokht Ahadzadeh, and Zhaleh Rezaei.

Their charge: “membership in the Bahá’í community and teaching and promoting it.”
Together, Branch 11 of the Hamedan Court of Appeals sentenced them to 38 years and 11 months in prison. According to HRANA, they must report to the Enforcement Branch within 10 days.
Based on the ruling of Branch 2 of the Hamedan Revolutionary Court:
Neda Mohebbi: 5 years for “teaching and promoting,” plus 2 years 8 months for “membership in the Bahá’í community.”
Atefeh Zahedi, Farideh Ayubi, Noura Ayubi, Zarrindokht Ahadzadeh, and Zhaleh Rezaei: each sentenced to 2 years 8 months for “membership in the Bahá’í community” and 3 years 7 months for “teaching and promoting against Islam.”
These Bahá’í women were arrested. Security forces searched their homes and transferred them to the Hamedan Intelligence Detention Center. After interrogation and case processing, they were released on bail.
