During the trial of #Hamid_Nuri, the Swedish court recognized the Mojahedin army (MEK) during the Iraq-Iran war as a part of the Iraq forces & recognized the Mojahedin's military attacks on Iranian soil, including Operation Forugh-e-Javidan, as part of the Iraqi military's operations against Iran.
