THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC SHOT AND KILLED REEBIN MORADI, A 17-YEAR-OLD SAIPA SOCCER PLAYER

According to reports, Reebin Moradi, a 17-year-old from Salas-e Babajani, a youth player for Saipa FC and a member of Tehran’s youth league, was killed by direct fire from Islamic Republic forces during Iran’s national uprising.
Reebin Moradi was a swimming champion, a multi-sport athlete, and one of the standout talents of Tehran’s youth football scene.
After four days with no information, his family learned on Tuesday, January 13th, that their son had been killed. So far, no official details have been released about the exact time and place of the 17-year-old’s death.
