Protester Mahdi Salahshoor, a sculptor and monarchy supporter from Mashhad, was shot and killed by Islamic Republic forces on Thursday, January 8, during the nationwide uprising in Mashhad. He was a father of two and had previously shared a sculpture of a lion on his Instagram, writing: “My Iran, my love, I love you, wake up.”

According to reports, Mansoureh Heydari and Behrouz Mansouri, a couple from Bushehr, Protesters and supporters of Iran’s Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, were shot and killed by Islamic Republic security forces on Thursday, January 8th, during Iran’s nationwide uprising in Bushehr. According to reports received, Ahad Ebrahimpour Abdoli, a protester from Nurabad (Delfan) in Lorestan Province, was killed on the evening of Thursday, January 1st, during the city’s popular uprising after being shot three times by Islamic Republic forces. Witnesses say one of the bullets struck his heart, and he died on Azadi Boulevard in Nurabad. Ahad Ebrahimpour Abdoli, 35, was from the village of Hasan Gaviyar-e Mirbag in Delfan.
