ERFAN SOLTANI IS AT RISK OF EXECUTION

Based on information received, Erfan Soltani is scheduled to be executed on Wednesday, January 14th. According to his family, he was arrested at his home in Fardis, Karaj, on Saturday, January 9th, during the nationwide uprising in Iran.

On Sunday, January 11th, the family was contacted and allowed only a ten-minute visit. They were informed that the death sentence is final, despite reports indicating that Erfan Soltani has had no access to a lawyer and that no court hearing has been held to examine his case.
