Protests in Iran 30/11/2025

In the town of Qir and Karzin in Firuzabad County, Fars Province, a severe clash broke out between local residents and police forces, resulting in several people being injured.

According to reports, the incident began when officers confronted motorcyclists who were performing stunt riding, and during the encounter, they struck two young female motorcyclists with their vehicle. After this happened, the crowd at the scene became angry and began throwing stones at the police forces.


In response, the officers opened fire towards some of the protesters. No detailed information has yet been released regarding the exact number of injured or the possibility of any fatalities.

Additionally, intelligence agents detained several organizers of these local competitions.


The workers of the Madkoush Steel Factory in Bandar Abbas stopped working and began a strike in protest of several months of unpaid wages and administrative discrimination.


A number of Social Security retirees in Kermanshah held a protest gathering in response to poverty, poor living conditions, and the authorities’ disregard for their demands.


A group of Social Security retirees in the city of Shush held a protest march. The participants, referring to high prices, inflation, and difficult living conditions, called on officials to address their problems.

The retirees chanted slogans such as:

“High prices and inflation are destroying people’s lives,”

“We fight, we die, we’ll take back our rights,”

“Our breadless table, what more do you want from our lives?”

and “Leave Lebanon alone, think about us!”


A group of contractors from the Khuzestan School Renovation Organization held a protest in front of the governor’s office. Participants in the gathering, criticizing delayed payments and mismanagement of projects, called for urgent action from the authorities.


A group of Social Security retirees in Ahvaz gathered in front of the provincial office of the organization and then held a protest march.

The participants, pointing to the difficult living conditions, rising prices, and widespread injustices, called for an immediate response to their economic and welfare problems.


A number of retired teachers gathered in front of the Islamic Republic’s Parliament to protest poverty, poor living conditions, and the authorities’ continued disregard for their demands.


A group of retirees from the steel industry in Isfahan gathered in front of relevant institutions to protest against livelihood hardships and the authorities’ repeated broken promises.


The retirees, who had worked for many years in this industry, said they are now facing economic pressure even for the basic necessities of life and expressed their dissatisfaction with the current situation. Participants in the gathering chanted: “Cry out… cry out against all this injustice!” and called for immediate action regarding their salaries and overdue benefits.


A group of victims of the large-scale “King Money” cryptocurrency fraud case gathered in front of the Supreme Court. The protesters, who estimate the scale of the scam at around 170 million euros and the number of plaintiffs at 4,100, called for an urgent response from the judiciary and accountability from officials.
